6. FAQ
Do I need HYROX experience to join a session?
No. Most JGFS members started with zero HYROX experience. Tell the coach it is your first time and we will scale the weights and reps.
Do the coaches speak English?
Sessions are run in Japanese, but the coaches can explain movements and pacing in simple English, and every station is demonstrated. Written instructions in English are provided on request.
Can I drop in while visiting Tokyo?
Yes. Book the first-time trial session (¥3,300, tax included). Visitors can also buy a 3-session starter ticket (¥9,900) within 30 days of the trial.
How do I book?
Use the booking form (Japanese UI, but only name / email / phone / date are required), or email gym@arange.co.jp in English with your preferred date and time. You will receive a confirmation with a payment link.
What should I bring?
Training clothes, indoor training shoes, a towel and water. All equipment is provided.
